To make a skirt, you must:
- tulle tape or meter. I use 2 meters of red tulle of medium hardness with a cut width of 150 cm;
- elastic band wide or streychevy bandage on the head with holes;
- scissors;
- paper;
- ruler with round holes.
If the tulle in the tape, then it is necessary to cut strips 50 cm long. If the tulle is meter, then it is necessary to cut the entire section into strips 10 * 50 cm in size.

Now you need to take the elastic, sew it to get a ring. Take 1 strip of tulle, fold in half, wrap to make a loop and thread the remaining tail. Tighten the knot. Attach all other tulle strips as well.

If there is a stretch bandage on the head, then it is necessary to thread and tie it into a knot in each hole.

It’s easier to make paper circles. To do this, fold the paper in several layers, circle a suitable shape and cut out circles. Use glue to fix the circles on the surface of the skirt.
