This master class will be devoted to creating an envelope for the disc with your own hands. I want to warn you right away - be patient. The envelope is trimmed with fabric, and working with it is very painstaking!

To work on a gift envelope for the disc you will need:
- thick white paper,
- iron
- spider web for fixing tissue,
- pencil
- ruler,
- not very dense fabric,
- glue stick,
- hemp
- sewing machine or (manual sewing machine),
- decorative elements (all kinds of flowers, ribbons, etc.),
- glue "Moment",
- plain A4 paper,
- coffee
- cinnamon
- double sided tape,
- watercolor
- thin brush
- velveteen.
The process of creative work:
1. Before you start working on the envelope, brew coffee, add a pinch of cinnamon into it and pour with it a regular A4 sheet. Use a pallet. The paper should dry by the time it becomes necessary to proceed with the decor of the cover.
2. We begin to create an envelope. On white paper with a pencil, draw the borders of a rectangle with sides of 12.6 cm and 26.2 cm. In the middle of the rectangle (top and bottom), make two notes measuring 12.6 cm and 13.4 cm.

3. Cut the rectangle. Attach a ruler to the first fold line and fold the paper. Also do the second fold line.

4. Cut a square with sides of 12.5 cm. And 12.6 cm. (I did just that). Trim the square obliquely (or as you like).

5. Then you need to cut the same element from colored paper, but in a smaller size. Put one piece on another and glue them together.

6. Now sew a pocket to the inside of the postcard. Decorate the edges with tape using double-sided tape. This is best done later, as painstaking work with the cover follows, you will need to turn the envelope on the back, and glue the fabric on the outside. This may damage the interior decoration of the ribbons.

7. It is necessary to cut out three elements from a not very dense fabric: a rectangle and two squares. A rectangle of 4.7 cm by 13.5 cm in size, two (almost) squares with sides of 12.6 cm and 14 cm. In other words, select a few millimeters for each of the elements for the allowance (we will bend the edges).

8. The fabric needs to be ironed. Then, with a pencil on each of the fragments, outline the fold lines (around the perimeter). First, it will be necessary to smooth the fold lines, only then fix the fabric with tape.

9. The rectangular fragment will be located in the middle of the envelope for the disk, the squares on each of its sides. In the photo you can see the approximate arrangement of fragments of fabric.

10. We begin to fix them on paper. To begin with, gently rub paper with glue-pencil, then apply a cloth. The edges themselves around the perimeter can be fixed for accuracy with glue "Moment". It will be more reliable and the product will last longer.

11. Do the same with each piece of fabric.
12. Now let's start decorating the white areas. Hemp should be cut into 5 identical parts. I got threads equal to the length of the spine.
13. We abundantly coat the “Moment” glue with white areas, put one thread at a time. We do not try to achieve a perfectly even arrangement of threads on a white area, create some "grooves". In the same way we decorate the second white area on the envelope.

14. We continue to decorate the inside of the envelope with ribbons.

15. To decorate the left side of the envelope, cut out a square from smaller colored paper. Add a twist in the form of a paper flower.

16. We will cover the cover. She needs to give a finished look. To do this, take two flowers you like, glue them on a double-sided tape.

17. From paper impregnated with coffee, it is necessary to cut a curly fragment. Draw a frame with a pencil and paint it with a finest watercolor brush. Daisies can be made registered all from the same "coffee" paper.

18. Now let's make the butterfly. To do this, cut out two pieces of dark fabric. One of them is 5cm in size. 2cm., the second part is a narrow strip for fixing the middle of the butterfly.

19. The edges of the velveteen must be overcast, otherwise they will crumble. Pull a rectangular fragment in the middle, sew a narrow element in the center, it will "hold" the shape of a butterfly.
20. Glue the butterfly and other decorative elements.
21. Place the finished envelope for several hours under the press (a metal box of tea will be enough).
Creative success!
