Externally, the device resembles a classic rake for a garden, only in this case wheels are provided. Yes, and such a design is intended not for loosening the soil, but for collecting dry leaves and grass after mowing a summer cottage or a house adjoining a lawn mower (or trimmer).
The main advantage of a mechanical rake is the presence of wheels, so that the process of collecting grass does not take much time and is not so tiring compared to manual cleaning. The design itself is quite simple, therefore, to make such a two-wheeled assistant for the cottages and houses for everyone.
Materials and milestones
For this homemade product you will need a special rectangular "nozzle", which is used for a lawn rake, two medium-sized wheels, profile tubes of square section of different lengths, as well as a long stud and nuts. First of all, we insert the hairpin into the profile pipe and grab it with welding so that it does not turn.
In the center of the pipe we weld a handle (at an angle of 45 degrees), which is assembled from three square profiles. Then it will be necessary to weld the lattice "nozzle" to the bottom of the mechanical rake. Next, we weld the joints and the metal surface with a grinding disc for the grinder.
