From an ordinary chicken egg, you can cook not only scrambled eggs or omelettes, but also make a very interesting and original homemade product that will become a bright decorative element in any interior.

Of the basic materials, in addition to the chicken egg itself, you will also need a plastic bottle, a 18350 format lithium-ion battery, battery protection, a 3W LED bulb (available at the store), a microplate with a USB connector, a compact switch and two resistors. You will also need an aluminum radiator for passive cooling.

The main stages of work

First of all, cut off the upper part with a neck from a plastic bottle (it is not useful for this homemade product). Then, using soldering, we connect a chip with a USB connector, a lithium-ion battery, a protection board for the battery, a mini-switch and resistors to each other.

We place all the electronics inside a plastic bottle, at the base of which you first need to make two holes for the USB connector and a mini-switch. Radio parts are attached to the inner surface of the bottle using hot-melt adhesive, and the battery itself can be "planted" on double-sided tape.

Next, we attach the LED lamp to the radiator body, which we insert into the "seat socket" made in a wooden round billet (its diameter should be the same as the diameter of the bottle). We fix all elements with glue.

Then it remains only to make a small hole in the egg, pour out the contents and stick it to the cooling radiator on top of the LED. It's so easy to make an original night lamp with your own hands.
