The use of epoxy and natural wood is a very good solution. The combination of these materials allows you to get an original and exclusive product that can harmoniously fit into any modern interior.
And first of all, you need to choose a branch of a fruit tree or another tree with a beautiful texture that is suitable in diameter, and saw round logs. They will then be used in the manufacturing process of the stool seat.
Next, from the cut pieces of chipboard, you need to make a box - a mold for pouring epoxy. Previously, adhesive tape will need to be glued to the inner surface so that the formwork can then be easily disassembled. And the joints need to go through silicone sealant.
The main stages of work
In the prepared form, it is necessary to tightly lay the previously sawn round logs from the branch. And then the master fills it all with epoxy diluted with a hardener. When the resin hardens, the formwork needs to be disassembled.
In the next step, a rectangular hole should be made in the center of the seat. And this will require a special cutter.
Then the master makes beautiful wooden legs with the tsars. The base of the stool is assembled, and then the seat is mounted on top. Dowels and glue are used as fasteners.
