In a sandblasting chamber, using sandblasting and quartz sand, you can quickly clean the surface of metal workpieces (pipes, plates, corners, etc.) from dirt, old paint and rust.

To make a sandblasting chamber, the author uses aluminum sheets. In this case, a small metal table acts as a stand (base) for the camera.

The first step is to make a rectangular box, and the front wall is attached to the hinges - it should open. The other three walls are fastened together using aluminum corners.

The main stages of work

In the front door using a jigsaw you need to cut two openings under the hands. The master then inserts pieces of plastic sewer pipes into these holes.

You also need to install a latch handle on the door so that you can close it while working with sandblast.

Glass is installed on top of the box. Through it, it will be possible to observe how the cleaning of the workpieces proceeds. Moreover, it is desirable to take the glass thicker. It will be necessary to put some soft material under it.

In the table on which the sandblasting chamber is located, you need to cut out the hole for the kitchen sink from stainless steel with a grinder. You can fix it with rivets. Sand will fall into the sink during metal cleaning.

Details on how to make a do-it-yourself sandblasting camera for your home workshop can be found in the video on the website.
