In this review, the author offers an original idea for wall decor indoors. To do this, you need an elongated rubber tablecloth in the form of leaves and putty.

To prepare the textured mixture, you will need cement putty and joiner's glue PVA diluted with water in a ratio of 1:10. As a result, a plastic mixture convenient for work is obtained.

As for the rubber tablecloth itself, it has several obvious advantages. The first plus - low cost, the second - as a stencil, the tablecloth can be used many times.

The subtleties of wall decoration

First of all, the rubber tablecloth must be fixed to the wall - using the same putty. The surface must first be primed.

The finished solution is applied with a spatula on a stencil, while you need to try to hammer all the holes.

The disadvantage of using a stencil made of a rubber tablecloth with "torn" edges is that it will not work properly to dock the pattern. The best option is to indent a little.

After the putty has dried, the surface of the wall will need to be sanded and then painted.
