Tired of performing weld work on shorts? Then it's time to think about a convenient welding table. You can do it yourself.

First of all, the master cuts off the size of the square section pipes. To do this, he uses a band saw. But you can get by with a folk instrument - a grinder.

Then it will be necessary to weld three pieces together - these will be the side parts of the table with legs. At the top, the author welds jumpers from a rectangular profile pipe.

We connect the two sides of the welding table using two pieces of a square profile (they need to be welded at the bottom).

To smoothly expose the workpieces, a magnetic corner is used. In the upper part, the author welds rectangular profile pipes.

The main stages of work

After the base of the table is ready, the author proceeds to manufacture the second part of the structure, which will be adjusted in height.

First you need to weld two U-shaped workpieces, and then connect them with two jumpers from the profile pipe.

In the legs of the upper part of the table, you need to drill holes into which the locking bolts will be inserted.

In the lower part of the base, it will be necessary to weld a jumper from a square profile pipe. A hydraulic car jack will be installed on it.

Then, from three sections of the profile, the author welds another part, which he welds in the middle of the upper frame. Accordingly, the jack will rest on it and lift it up.

At the last stage, only the channels will be welded to the top of the table, which will be instead of the countertop.

The detailed process of making a homemade welding table can be seen in the video.
