Cute gnomes to decorate the Christmas tree or decor

Christmas holidays invariably bring with them a warm atmosphere and good mood. Maybe that's why I want to fill the house with cute little things and decor. Hand made creations are the best suited for this - sincere, positive and incredibly attractive.
We offer to activate creative abilities and independently create a truly unique thing - cute gnomes on a Christmas tree or for decoration. A detailed process with illustrations will help in this.

Necessary materials and tools:

• - fabric of 2 colors,
• - felt, a piece of gauze or bandage,
• - cotton wool
• - faux fur,
• - a needle with a thread.

Work Stages:

1. Cut a square from the fabric, fold it in half and sew it together to make a rectangle-cylinder.
2. From the inside, on the cocotte side of the rectangle, make assemblies and tie them with a thread.
3. Turn the body blank onto the front side. We stuff the resulting bag with cotton and again bind the hole.
4. Now we form a nose from gauze and cotton wool. Immediately cut the triangle of fur - the future beard of a gnome.
5. Using the thread and the needle, we attach the prepared parts to the body bag.
6. From the felt triangle, we turn the cone. You can slightly crumple the correct shape for realism. We fix the cap to the base.
7. It remains only to make the limbs. From another fabric, we cut out the rectangles and sew them in such a way that we get narrow long strips. We attach felt palms and feet to them.
8. Sew legs and handles to the body. At will, we complement the image of the gnome with flowers, cones and ribbons.
Combining fabrics in color and texture, you can create a whole settlement of gnomes at home. All you need is patience and the desire to create!
