Cooking "French" meat in the oven

New Year's holidays are always fun and tasty feast! And for housewives, it’s also hours spent at the stove. To keep these hours short and not be too painful, cook deliciously, but at the same time simply and quickly. Here is one very simple recipe for making delicious meat. Initially, the recipe contained more ingredients, but the simpler, the tastier.
We will need:
1. Pork (carbonate or neck) - 1 kg.
2. Cheese - 100g.
3. Onions - 1 onion.
4. Spices and salt.
5. Mayonnaise.
6. Bulgarian pepper (frozen or fresh) - 1 pc.
To prepare the meat in the oven, we cut the pork into even slices about 1 cm thick. We grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and put the meat on it, put it more tightly, as during cooking the meat will slightly decrease in size.

Rub each piece of meat with salt and sprinkle with your favorite spices.

Cut the onion into half rings and lay out on each piece one half of the onion, two can be. Here, too, a matter of taste. Such pieces of onion can easily be discarded by those who do not eat cooked onions, while at the same time he will give the meat its wonderful aroma. We also cut the pepper and put it into the meat. I use frozen green pepper, leaving no more than 1 pc.

Coat each piece of meat with mayonnaise and sprinkle on top all grated cheese.

Put in a preheated oven. We set the temperature within 220 degrees. My oven bakes bottom and top. Bake the meat from below for 20-25 minutes, bake on top for no more than 10 minutes. Ready meat do not rush to get out and immediately shift, otherwise the "coat" may be damaged. Let the meat cool down a bit, then it will be convenient to put it on a plate and serve it to the table.

Such meat can be eaten hot, or cold! It turns out to be tender, tasty and very satisfying. Bon Appetit!
