How to install auto-buffers on a car yourself

Many owners of cars with large wheel radius complain of stiffness when driving on rough roads (especially with sixteenth wheel radius and low rubber profile).

However, this problem can be easily solved by installing auto-buffers, which can be installed on both the front and rear springs.

Please note that before putting the auto-buffers, it is necessary to clean the surface of each spring from dirt and sand.

Step-by-step installation instructions

First of all, it is necessary to try on auto-buffers, and if necessary, cut off part so that everything becomes clear. Then the autobuffer is installed on the spring itself. It is necessary that the spring sits tightly in special grooves.

Please note that the edges of the autobuffer should not be in contact with each other - there should be a small distance between them. You can read about this in the manual itself.

For greater reliability, so that the auto-buffers do not accidentally fly off when driving on the road, the author suggests fixing them with two plastic ties - at the top and bottom.

Here, in fact, the whole installation process. Similar operations must be done on the remaining springs. For details on how to independently install the auto-buffers on the car, see the video on our website.

By the way, write in the comments what you think about autobuffers: is it worth installing them on a car?
