Want to diversify your interior? Then why not make a stylish decorative lamp made of metal and wood with your own hands? It looks very modern and at the same time unusual.
In this case, the author uses reinforcement and pieces of board. The lampshade for the lamp will be made of them. You also need a piece of wire with a bulb holder.
The first step is to cut the bars of the required length from the reinforcement. After that, we give them the desired shape on the bending machine.
In total, six blanks should be obtained. Of these, it will be necessary to weld the lampshade frame. In the upper and lower parts of the frame, the master welds the nuts.
Welds must be cleaned with a grinder, and the frame must be painted. In this case, the author uses black spray paint.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, six rectangular blanks are cut from a piece of board or plywood. We make the markup and cut off everything unnecessary - so that we get trapezoidal blanks.
Finished parts must be sanded, and then varnished or soaked with mineral oil.
Using a hammer, hammer the plank between the reinforcement in the upper part of the frame. Then we pull the wire through the nut, and to it we connect the bulb holder.
