A very beautiful souvenir for the kitchen can be made from the simplest things. All that is needed is a glass bottle of an irregular shape, bright fresh vegetables, acetic acid and a little aesthetic taste.
For such a souvenir I needed:
Juice bottle
Acetic acid 70% - 2 bottles,
Hot peppers - 5 pods,
Garlic is a handful
Large carrots - 1 pc.,
Funnel,
Baking paper,
Rubber.

To wash a bottle from labels and to wipe dry outside. It is beautiful to cut vegetables and to fill layers in a bottle. It is important that the cut is perfect - piece by piece. For example, I chopped carrots this way. First, I cut off the rounded edges to make a rectangular box, and then cut it into identical cubes.

If there is no desire to cut, you can use whole vegetables: pods of hot red and green pepper, chives, corn, peas, capers. It all depends on your imagination and the shape of the bottle. It should also be borne in mind that only small-sized slices and thin pods will go into the bottle - a sufficiently voluminous vessel limits the narrow neck. Alternate contrasting colors so that the future souvenir has a solid appearance.

Pour a bottle filled with vegetables through a funnel with acetic acid. Vegetables will absorb vinegar and its level may decrease over time. In order not to open the bottle again, I propose to immediately shake the full bottle and lightly tap it on the table. Vegetables with vinegar will settle a little and you can add more acid.

Close the bottle cap tightly and decorate with food paper. The bottle is stored indoors, but it is advisable to keep it away from the stove, heating radiators and places accessible for children. The best option is to put it on a high shelf. Over time, vegetables in vinegar will slightly change color, but still, the bottle will look bright and decorate the kitchen.
