Egg sandwich - A very good breakfast dish. Tasty, nutritious, fast, convenient. After all, most of us know that breakfast is the most important of all meals. Many even recall this strange proverb, where you need to eat breakfast yourself, share lunch, and even give dinner. For this, I propose this sandwich for breakfast.
Go. For one serving, we need one egg and a slice of bread.
We take a slice and cut out the middle with a knife.
We put in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and break the egg in the middle of the slice. Salt, pepper. Fry on both sides
The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
PS: Better yet, throw cheese, sausage or ham on top. Then you’ll lick your fingers!
