HOW TO DECORATE A T-SHIRT WITH PINS AND BEADS

Recently I had an idea how to decorate a T-shirt with beads strung on pins. The advantage of such an ornament over, for example, embroidery, is that it is easy to change the arrangement of pins, and, therefore, the pattern.
You can draw a flower, and tomorrow, if you do not like the drawing, change it to a heart or wings, but anything! You can draw a bright butterfly or seashell with pins, you can draw a turtle.

It was originally planned to depict a heart pierced by an arrow, but as the work progressed another appeared.

So, let's get to work! First of all, it should be noted that it makes no sense to make the picture larger horizontally than the size of the cutout of the T-shirt, because the pattern will be too large and will not look. I have it 20 cm. We fold the t-shirt twice vertically and mark the middle of the t-shirt. We also outline the line between the armpits - this is the upper border of our drawing, along the contour of which pins will be laid out. Chalk draw the contours of the heart along the intended boundaries

Further, given the size of the pins - and I have it 3.5 cm, we draw a bigger heart, retreating these 3.5 cm. Beautifully lay out our heart.

Now the most important thing begins - the extension of the pins. Round-nose pliers are useful here. Expand the pin to the right and left.

We string the beads in the same amount as on the other side and bend the pin with round-nose pliers. We begin to bend the pins from the side of the needle, and this can be seen in the previous photo, where to start to grab the pin with pliers.

Now we begin to pin our pins on the fabric, starting from the contour of the internal pattern of the heart, that is, the rings inside. To prevent accidentally unfastening the pins, you can squeeze the pin head with pliers.

As a result, I wanted to complement the resulting heart with a flower inside. You can attach such a blue bead with a diameter of 2 cm to the center of the flower on a small pin 2 cm long (such small golden pins on which price tags are attached to clothes).

But this did not seem enough. It was decided to place pink beads between the flower petals, previously also to string them into small pins, unbending them.
