With the advent of the summer season and the appearance of delicious berries, you can cook various dishes and desserts from them.
I suggest making souffle from strawberries. It turns out to be very tender and airy and just melts in the mouth, and thanks to the fresh berries the dessert is very fragrant.
Souffle cooking technology is based on whipping fruit mass with sugar and gelatin, so without a mixer in this recipe will not work.
To prepare a souffle you need:
- Fresh strawberries 100 g;
- icing sugar 75 g;
- gelatin 8 g;
- water for soaking gelatin;
- lemon juice.

1. Rinse strawberries and clean the stalks. We transfer it to the blender bowl and grind it into a smoothie.

2. Pour gelatin with water and let it swell.

3. Combine the strawberry puree with icing sugar and stir until smooth, to add a sugary taste, add a little lemon juice. Pour the strawberry mass into a metal container and put on a slow fire, warm everything until the sugar particles are completely dissolved.

3. We warm the gelatin to a liquid consistency and mix with strawberry puree. Strawberry mass before cooling should be completely cooled.

4. Now we will beat the mass with a mixer at high speed. Soufflé mass can be considered finished when it increases several times in volume and changes its color to a lighter one.

5. I use a silicone mold to form the souffle. Pour the strawberry mixture into it, smooth it with a spoon and put it in the refrigerator until it completely hardens.

6. Cut the finished souffle using a knife into cubes and remove it from the mold. We shift in a plate with powdered sugar and roll on all sides. Souffle is ready for serving.

Small airy cubs will undoubtedly appeal to such air cubes, especially since they contain only natural products in comparison with a store dessert.
As you can see, there is nothing complicated in soufflé preparation; you can at any time prepare a gentle and airy dessert for guests and family.
