A quick way to create an original basket for the festive table in honor of Easter! Now serving “krashenka” will be twice as pleasant, and guests will definitely remember such a present for a long time.

To make a small basket with your own hands, prepare the following materials:
• 300 ml plastic suds;
• 7 meters wide satin ribbon (2 cm wide);
• 4 meters of a satin ribbon of a similar shade, but a little worse (width from 0.8 cm to 1 cm);
• a strip of any cardboard with a length of 40 cm (this can be either a solid sheet of color cardboard, or trim of any packaging);
• dense fabric for bottom processing;
• universal polymer glue;
• scissors;
• a needle for sewing and, accordingly, a thread of the required tones;
• 2-3 types of colored ribbons to create small additional elements.

Before starting work, first prepare the base for the basket. To do this, carefully cut the bottom and get rid of the hollow upper fields (if any).

Next, wrap the middle part with tape, tightly laying each new strip over the previous one.

Try to move in equal parts so that the distance from one edge of the tape to the other always turns out to be the same. At the end of the winding, sewn on the trimmed edge of the tape with a needle and thread (it is better to sew inside).

Now you can begin to cover the bottom. In this we will be helped by a fabric, as well as an ordinary needle with a thread.

Cut a round blank from the fabric with a small allowance for the seam, which is then sewn along with the plastic bottom along the entire circumference.

Then mask this outer seam with braid seated on polymer glue.

It is not necessary to glue for a long time or somehow strengthen the bottom firmly. It is enough just to insert it inside and enjoy the completed stage of work, because now only a little remains.

Cut a strip of 2-3 cm from cardboard, tightly tighten with a wide ribbon and sew in the center of its edge.

After that, sew the finished handle to the bottom of the basket with the seam out. And now the basket is ready.

You just have to decorate it and you can safely demonstrate it to the public. To do this, take a narrow ribbon and sew along even stitches. The thread needs to be pulled a little so that the tape begins to resemble ruffles.

Next, sew these ruffles carefully around the entire perimeter of the upper edge and cut off the excess.

With the remainder of the tape, hide the seam on the handle by gluing it with polymer glue.

A bright bow on the handle will look good, which can be tied from any thin braid. Another bow will help to "outline" the front side of the product, which will make it more solemn and ceremonial.

Now you need to fill the basket with "greens" (you can use fabric, faux fur, yarn for knitting "Grass" and even natural dried moss). Against a green background, the puppies look very natural and natural.
